Election 2012: As American As Apple Pie

Today most of the United States of America hit the polls and voted for our future president. But making such a big decision can make you hungry! Dont you agree? I was in a bit of a pinch on time and wanted to bake something of Americana. Rustic Apple Pie fit the bill. These yummy little pies are easy to make and use very few ingredients. If you have unexpected company or just want a small, “personal pan” dessert, grab Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust, a few fresh apples, butter and cinnamon and sugar. Follow the recipe below and 30-40 minutes later, eat up!
