Hey yall! I’ve flown South for the Winter! When the “Big Chill” comes, it’s the perfect time to sit around a firepit with the ones you love. That’s exactly what my family and I did! We had warm mugs filled with a variety of beverages, grilled Chilean salmon and homemade cole slaw! Unfortunately, our firepit fun was quickly interrupted by rain and we headed inside. It was over, but then I quickly thought, “we can have smores indoors!” The result is the recipe below, “Super Duper Easy Smores Brownies. It’s quick, easy and semi-homemade. Enjoy!
Super Duper Easy Smores Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Pillsbury Sugar Free Brownie Mix in Milk Chocolate
- 1 pkg Firestarter Marshmallows or Jumbo Marshmallows
- 1 pkg Cinnamon Graham Crackers
Directions:
Preheat oven according to Brownie Mix Instructions. Combine ingredients as directed and grease a 8-9 inch round with Crisco. Pour mixture into pan and bake as directed. A few minutes before it is finished baking, place marshmallows on top and broil on high for 2-3 minutes with the oven door cracked slightly. This will toast the marshmallows and melt them on top of the brownies. Using a ziploc bag and some applied force, crush Graham Crackers into crumbs. Once the marshmallows have finished cooking, remove pan from oven and top with crumbs. Serve and Enjoy! “Super Duper Easy Smores Brownies” They will store for 2-3 days…if they last that long!
